Most preliminary estimates are delivered within a few business days of the walkthrough. The initial consultation is completely free with no obligation.
Before work begins, we build a detailed schedule covering every phase and trade. You'll receive weekly progress updates with photos so you're always informed. If scope changes arise, we document them clearly with a written change order before any additional work proceeds — no surprises on cost or timeline.
